Premier is a 30,000 square foot bi-level facility, featuring modern, sophisticated interior design inspired by top health clubs in metro areas throughout the US . Premier is located in Saddle Brook, in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Premier is also home to FUNctional FITness Training Center fully equipped with plyo-metric and resistance band stations providing an entertaining total body circuit workout for all ages.  Our 9,000 square foot strength training floor featuring advanced equipment, including the top names in technology. Elevated mezzanine cardiovascular training loft with a wide array of cardio equipment in direct view of ten 40-inch plasma screen televisions.

Premier features comprehensive wrestling training provided by the professional, educated, seasoned technicians of the Apex Wrestling School. We teach all of our wrestlers the fundamental skills, techniques, and values that are necessary to achieve their personal goals within the sport of wrestling. Our goal is to build on each wrestler's existing talents and help them to improve in areas in which they may be lacking. We also strive to deepen each wrestler's commitment to wrestling by instilling in them essential values such as competition, good sportsmanship, responsibility, and respect - qualities we believe are indispensable to being successful wrestlers.

Our State of the art Student Academic Center is staffed by certified teachers with professional degrees, designed to guide students through their academic challenges.

Premier also has on-site chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage services from Dr. Chuck Bronder, a licensed Chiropractor providing treatment in a therapeutic environment..

Our Fusion Café  juice bar featuring a wide variety of delicious, nutritional foods and beverages ranging from protein shakes, all natural fruit smoothies, to freshly prepared sandwiches and wraps.

Open seven days a week from early morning to late night, to accommodate a variety of personal training schedules.
