FITNESS AT PREMIER
The Fitness Zone
Premier is the most conveniently located multi-level fitness facility in northern New Jersey. We are located in Saddle Brook in Bergen County at the interchange of Route 80 and The Garden State Parkway, within a few miles of Routes 4, 17, 21, and 46. We offer over 30,000 square feet of training space for all ages. Our training equipment features state of the art, high technology equipment from notable equipment manufacturers like Cybex. LifeFitness, Hammer Strength, and Icarian. Our cardio area offers a mezzanine view of the entire facility and is fully equipped with 42” Plasma televisions linked to the audio technology of Cardio Theater for our members’ listening and viewing pleasure. At the beginning and end of any workout, members enjoy our beautiful locker rooms with the amenities of spacious lockers and elegantly designed showers and vanity spaces.
Premier's gym is open from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on the weekends from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Our membership options vary to accommodate members of any and all interests. We currently offer single month, three-month, six-month, and annual memberships at very reasonable rates. Our sales department is available during all gym hours and would be happy to answer any questions you have, field any of your concerns, or simply walk you on a guided tour of our facility.
Premier is also home to FUNctional FITness Training Center fully equipped with plyo-metric and resistance band stations providing an entertaining total body circuit workout for all ages. Our 9,000 square foot strength training floor featuring advanced equipment, including the top names in technology: Cybex®, LifeFitness®, Hammer Strength®, Icarian®, Power Systems®, Iron Grip®, Techno Gym®, Perform Better®, and more. Elevated mezzanine cardiovascular training loft with a wide array of cardio equipment in direct view of ten 42-inch plasma screen televisions.
Strength and Conditioning
The main focus of Premier’s strength and conditioning team is to identify each and every one of our members’ fitness goals and cooperatively work to help them achieve those goals as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible. At the heart of our strength and conditioning program is the FUNctional FITness room where members participate in circuit training classes designed for total body conditioning. The “FUN FIT” program is a true reflection of its name. It is an engaging, upbeat workout that targets flexibility, agility, plyometircs, cardio, strength, and power through the unique implementation of physical fitness equipment unlike that of any other routine. All FUN FIT classes are directed by the most energetic, motivational, and positive-minded instructors whose number one concern is our members’ best health interests.
Personal Training
In addition to our classes, we also offer one-on-one and two-on-one personal training packages. Personal training is a great way to reshape, refocus, or re energize any workout routine. Our professional and certified staff can help you design a program specifically suited to your needs. Our training methods range from nutrition and dietary counseling, proper form and technique, and training techniques that remain current and up-to-speed with the latest innovations and concepts in the field.
